Growing up as the daughter of a Country Singer, Kristi found
herself on stage singing by the age of four. With one of the
most beautiful Traditional Country voices you will ever hear,
Kristi can sing the up tempo boot scootin' boogies with "traditional"
power and twang or send chills down your spine with a love
ballad.
Kristi has performed with and/or opened for many of Country
Music's top stars such as: The Dixie Chicks, Mark Chesnutt,
The Ace In The Hole Band (George Strait's Band), Gary Stewart,
Willie Nelson, Eddy Raven, Exile, Jerry Jeff Walker, Martina
McBride, Patty Loveless, Ty Herndon, Michelle Wright, Johnny
Duncan, Joe Stampley, Moe Bandy, Kitty Wells, Hank Thompson,
Johnny Bush, Leon Rausch, Stonewall Jackson, The Lightcrust
Doughboys, The Texas Troubadours, Barbara Fairchild, Tommy
Alverson and more.
Kristi has been performing for more than 20 years now and
has won numerous awards throughout the years, including being
named the 1994 "Female Vocalist of the Year" by
the Texas Cross-Timbers Country Music Metroplex Association.
Kristi's initial album "New Kind of Cowgirl" and
her promotional release featuring "Guess Who's Back In
Town" and "The Enemy" bolted Kristi to the
top of the Texas Country Music scene and landed her performances
at many of the top venues throughout the state.
Though her albums were never released Nationally, Kristi's
initial releases receive play time at many of the top radio
stations throughout Texas and the Southwest, like FM 96.3

During her rise to the top of the Texas music scene, Kristi
was interviewed and performed live on "Positively Texas"
which airs on CBS station KTVT-Channel 11, Dallas, TX and
"Good Morning Dallas" / "Good Day Dallas"
airing on Fox 4 Dallas, TX, and received casting calls for
the made for TV Movies "Dallas-War of The Ewing's"
and "Holiday in Your Heart", based on Leann Rimes'
rise to stardom.
Kristi became an International performer when she was selected
to perform in Caracus, Venezuela in conjunction with the Pro-Bull
Riding and Professional Rodeo Circuit Association. Kristi
was also selected to performed in Panama City, Panama in conjunction
with American Airline's celebration of their inaugural non-stop
flights from DFW International Airport to Panama City, Panama.
Kristi has also been a regular performer of the National
Anthem at "The Ballpark in Arlington" for the Texas
Rangers baseball team as well as "Texas Motor Speedway"
in Ft. Worth, TX, "The Lonestar Park Racehorse Track"
in Grand Prairie, TX, "The National Cutting Horse Association",
"The United States Team Penning Association", "The
Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo", "The Fort Worth
Stock Show & Rodeo" and "The Parker County Sheriffs
Posse Rodeo". Kristi also competed in the 1998 National
Finals Celebrity Team Penning tournament held in Wichita Falls,
Texas.
Kristi performs regularly throughout Texas and the Southwest
and has developed a very large fan base which is steadily
growing across the United States. If you have ever experienced
one of Kristi's live performances then you know why her popularity
continues to grow and why Kristi is emerging as one of the
top Female Country Music Artists in our country.
Besides performing regularly across the DFW Metroplex and
North Texas area throughout 2005, Kristi has recently been
working with Grand Ole Opry Legend Claude Gray on a new Country
Music Television show to be released in 2006 and was recently
nominated for "Traditional Country Band of The Year"
and "Female Vocalist of The Year" at the 2005 Terry
Awards.
Kristi has just returned from Nashville where she began her
initial work on her new album which she expects to release
early in 2006.
